Master Gardener Program in Iowa County 2019

At the end of 2019, 13 Master Gardener Volunteers reported 759 hours of volunteer service for an estimated value of $18,221 (Independent Sector).  They also reported 330 hours of continuing education and reached an estimated 1,257 individuals with various outreach projects.

Master Gardener Program in Iowa County 2018

The Master Gardener Program in Iowa County started in 1999. Over 130 people have been trained since that time, and there are currently 7 certified Master Gardener Volunteers (MGVs) for 2019.

In 2018, Iowa County Master Gardener Volunteers reported 387 hours of community service, worth a value of over $9,300.
